entertainmentweekly:

The issues that plagued last night’s episode aren’t exactly new; they’re the same maladies that have been dragging Smash down since episode 2. How can the show’s team ditch what doesn’t work and help Smash reach its full potential? We’ve got a few suggestions.

(Most importantly: For the love of Sondheim, give Ellis the boot!)
